Explore Hollins Virtually

We hope you will tune in for one of our virtual sessions in one of the following formats:

Tinker Talks

Tinker Talks are conversations with current students that focus on academic interests, extracurricular involvement, or personal identities. These interactive panels allow prospective students to hear about the student experience from Hollins students, with opportunities to ask questions and connect one-on-one with panelists after the session.

Virtual Overviews

Overviews are traditional information sessions that highlight specific areas or opportunities at Hollins. Students will hear from Hollins faculty and staff about academic programs, experiential learning opportunities, and areas of student life, such as support services and student activities. There is always plenty of time to ask questions during these sessions, and current students are incorporated as “guest speakers” when available.

Virtual Admission Overview
These sessions provide an in-depth look at our application process, academic programs, internships, study abroad placements, and research opportunities. We will also cover financial aid and scholarship availability, in addition to hosting your own questions, submitted in real time via the Zoom chat window.

Please select a date and time from the calendar below to register. In addition to registering for a session, don’t forget to check out our virtual tour and follow us on Instagram at @hollinsadmission. Contact huadm@hollins.edu with any questions. We look forward to talking with you soon!
